TRIBE Triathlon Club Inclusivity Statement
TRIBE is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space that celebrates diversity and encourages respect. We ask ourselves: What does a safe, supportive, and welcoming space for all triathletes look like?
We believe a safe place is one where:
- People feel welcome and respected regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, socioeconomic status, or fitness level.
- People are free from microaggressions, discrimination, and harassment.
- People feel supported and heard by their club.
- Every athlete’s background, culture, and contribution are celebrated.
- Accessibility is recognized and actively pursued.
